The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria on Saturday, 27th of August, 2016 at the National Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja conferred the award of Professional Fellowship Doctorate (Pfd) on popular Nollywood actor – Kenneth Okonkwo.
The selection committee of the Institute, which carried out a detailed appraisal of Kenneth Okonkwo stated that “this is coming as special recognition to appreciate your contribution and commitment to the economic growth and development of this country Nigeria … Your practical commitment and approach to economic activities is a source of motivation which is worthy of recognition. Your attribute stands you out as an achiever of remarkable intelligence, dignity and commitment to the service of humanity”.
He has a B.Sc. in Business Administration, University of Nigeria, LLB, University of Lagos, BL, Nigerian Law School, Masters in International Law and Diplomacy, University of Lagos prior to this award.
